Rule 25. Procedure After a Verdict or Finding of Guilty Except Insane

After a verdict or finding under A.R.S. § 13-502 of guilty except insane, the court must commit the defendant to a secure mental health facility under the procedures provided in A.R.S. § 13-3992.
