Rule 6.3. Oath of Witnesses

The following oath shall be administered to each witness testifying before the grand jury: DO YOU SWEAR (AFFIRM), UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, THAT THE TESTIMONY YOU ARE TO GIVE IS THE TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH, AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH, AND THAT YOU WILL KEEP YOUR TESTIMONY SECRET, EXCEPT TO DISCUSS IT WITH YOUR AT- TORNEY, OR THE PROSECUTOR, UNTIL AND UNLESS AN INDICT- MENT OR REPORT IS ISSUED? 49 Oath of Witnesses Rule 6.3
