Rule 62-11. Files and Records Not To Be Removed

No files, records or exhibits in the custody of officers of the court shall be removed from the court except by the appellate clerk, the reporter of judicial decisions or by order or permission of an appellate jurist. CHAPTER 63 FILING THE APPEAL; WITHDRAWALS
