Rule 82-5. Receipt; Costs of Certification
Within twenty days of issuance of the notice of an order of preliminary acceptance, the appellant shall file the matter in accordance with the provisions of Section 63-3 for filing an appeal and shall pay all required fees in accordance with Section 60-7 or 60-8. After paying the filing fee, the appellant shall be entitled to seek reimbursement from the appellee for one half of the filing fee, unless otherwise ordered by the court that requested certification. All proceedings subsequent to the filing of the matter shall be governed by the rules applicable to appeals except as to the time for filing briefs and appendices. No security or recognizance shall be required, and no costs shall be taxed in favor of either party.
