Rule 84-6A. Positions of Minor Children and Guardians ad Litem in Family and Child Protection Matters and Other Matters Involving Minor Children
In family and child protection matters and other matters involving minor children, counsel for the minor child and/or counsel for the guardian ad litem shall, within ten days of the filing of the opposition to a petition for certification or, if no opposition is filed, within fifteen days of the filing of the petition, file either (1) an opposition, (2) a statement adopting the position of either the petitioner or a respondent or (3) a detailed statement that the factual or legal issues proposed in the petition for certification do not implicate the child's interests.
