Rule 84a-1. Application of Rules

These rules apply only to an action within the original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court in which facts may be found. These rules do not apply to (1) a motion to invoke the court's supervisory powers under Section 60-2 of these rules, or (2) certified questions of law from courts of other jurisdictions under Chapter 82 of these rules.
