Rule 85-3. Procedure on Sanctions

Sanctions may be imposed by the court, on its own motion, or on motion by any party to the appeal. A motion for sanctions may be filed at any time, but a request for sanctions may not be included in an opposition to a motion, petition or application. Before the court imposes any sanction on its own motion, it shall provide notice to the parties and an opportunity to respond. CHAPTER 86 RULE CHANGES; EFFECTIVE DATE; APPLICABILITY
