Rule 19-4. Attorney Trial Referees and Special Assignment Probate Judges; Time To File Report

An attorney trial referee or special assignment probate judge to whom a case has been referred shall file a report with the clerk of the court, with sufficient copies for all counsel, within 120 days of the completion of the trial before such referee or special assignment probate judge.
