Rule 25-38. Judgment Files

The provisions of Sections 17-4, 17-9 and 1743 shall apply to family matters as defined in Section 25-1. The provisions of Section 3-9 concerning withdrawal of appearance of an attorney 180 days after the entry of judgment shall not apply to family matters actions until the provisions of this section concerning the filing of judgment files have been satisfied.
