Rule 1-4. Family Division

The family division of the Superior Court shall consist of the following parts:

(1) J—Juvenile mattersincludingneglect,dependency, delinquency, families with service needs and termination of parental rights.

(2) S—Support and parentage actions.

(3) D—All other family relations matters, including dissolution of marriage or civil union cases.
