Rule 31a-3. Motion To Dismiss

The child or youth may file a motion to dismiss if the motion is capable of determination without a trial of the general issue on grounds (1) to (9) of Section 41-8 of the rules of procedure in criminal matters, subject to the conditions of Section 4110 and 41-11.
