Rule 113. FAILURE TO REPORT

In the event a Justice shall fail to comply with the requirements of the rules for Mandatory Continuing Judicial Education at the end of an 70 applicable period, such Justice may submit to the Supreme Court a specific plan for making up the deficiency of necessary hours within 60 days after the last day for the reporting of activities for the preceding year. In the event such plan is not submitted, or in the event a plan is submitted but not complied with during the 60-day period, the Supreme Court shall administer a reprimand to the noncomplying Justice and the fact of such reprimand may be noted and published in the Supreme Court Reports.
