Rule 3.929. Use of Facsimile Communication Equipment

The parties may file records, as defined in MCR 3.903(A)(25), by the use of facsimile communication equipment. Filing of records by the use of facsimile communication equipment in juvenile proceedings is governed by MCR 2.406.
