Rule 29.10. Misdemeanors or Felonies – Sentence of Imprisonment – Transcript to Sherriff

When a defendant is sentenced to imprisonment, the clerk of the court shall deliver to the sheriff of the county a certified copy of the judgment and sentence and the sheriff shall confine the defendant in jail or deliver the defendant to the Division of Corrections as specified in the order.
