Rule 32.14. Misdemeanors or Felonies – Jurisdiction of Court in Transferred Criminal Proceedings
Amended January 1, 1982 (current)
The court to which any criminal proceeding shall be transferred by change of venue shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine the same as if it had originated there.
