Rule 33.02. Misdemeanors or Felonies – Warrant for Arrest – Conditions to be Stated on Warrant

The court, or clerk at the court's direction for a specific warrant, issuing a warrant for the arrest of any defendant shall state set the condition or combination of conditions of release, if any, on the warrant for arrest.
